To kick off the new year, owner Greg Califano and Executive Chef Dimas Gonzalez took an eight-day culinary tour of Italy including Firenze, Siena, and Bologna to study, learn, and bring home a little bit of traditional Italian cucina.

Please join us for this very special class which will focus on one of the favorite dishes they experienced, pappardelle al cinghiale. In addition, we will treat you to several small dishes prepared exactly as they learned on their tour as well as wine from one of the vineyards visited!
