This class is in dedication and memory of my Grandmother Louise Bartolotti, who taught my respect, tradition, and love for food and family. This was my favorite recipe that she made and it is my honor to pass her recipe on to you so her memory may live on forever.

You will receive a ball of pasta dough, handmade pasta, house-made Lobster Sauce, Lobster, and a bottle of wine. Owner, Greg Califano, will instruct you and your family while you cook together at home making hand made Linguine. You will also learn how to cook, sauce, and plate the pasta like we do at the restaurant. Once you purchase a ticket, just come to Volturno (Worcester location) on August 5th  for easy CURBSIDE PICK-UP and receive your pre-packed pasta class dinner kit.
