march 2023 pasta master class - tortellini en brodo
March 30 2023 | 6:00 PM - 8:30 PMto kick off the new year, owner greg califano and executive chef dimas gonzalez took an eight-day culinary tour of central italia including firenze, siena, and bologna to study, learn, and bring home a little bit of traditional cucina italiana. while last month's class was inspired by toscana, this month we will be heading a little further north to bologna.
for our march 2023 pasta master class will be creating tortellini en brodo, a dish that is just as much a soup as it is a pasta. as we move further north we start reaching the colder regions and tortellini en brodo perfectly encapsulates the idea of a dish that warms you from the inside-out while you sit and laugh with friends and family.
we can't wait to share this experience with you while we serve antipasti and, of course, plenty of wine.
