Fall is coming and pumpkins are growing! Why not learn a new cooking technique that you and your family will love...Pumpkin Risotto! Owner, Greg Califano, will teach you step by step how to make the perfect risotto using fresh ingredients that make us love Fall in New England! Your kit will include rice, wine, squash, pumpkin, vegetables, cheese and everything you need to be able to make creamy and unctuous risotto for four people! We will also pair the perfect wine to compliment  your dinner with one of our favorite wines from the Veneto region of Italy. 

Just come to Volturno on the 21st of October to pick up your kit with easy curbside pickup. We are so excited to bring your family together for a wonderful dinner! 

*This is a complete cooking class from start to finish. Please make sure you have a pan or dutch oven large enough to make the risotto.
